Charlie Jukes

Charlie has been a part of the acting world for almost ten years now and has loved every minute of it. She studied a two year Performing Arts course at Middlesbrough College in which roles included 'Viola/Cesario - Twelfth Night', 'Greta Samsa - Metamorphosis' and 'Ruth - Seven Brides for Seven Brothers'.

After this course she furthered her studies at The University of Teesside, studying a degree in Performance and Events production. During her time on this course she took part in numerous plays and productions. These included 'Juliet - Romeo and Juliet', 'Hermia - Midsummer Nights Dream' and 'Grace - Cleansed'.

Charlie graduated in 2009 and since graduating Charlie has attended the Edinburgh Fringe Festival twice, taking up productions of 'Anarchy in the OAP' and 'Audience'.

In November 2009 Charlie performed in 'The Revenger's Tragedy' with the Vivid Theatre Company at the Arc in Stockton, where she took the parts of 'Castiza and Supervacaua'. In early 2010 Charlie stretched her acting potential to film, starring in the independent film of 'Brendan and the Pink Monster'. Also in July 2010 Charlie took on the role of 'Alice - Alice in Wonderland' with Guisborough Theatre Club.

Charlie is looking forward to taking part in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) as she believes it will stretch her acting capabilities to new strengths.
